Exactly a year ago today (8 March), my first blog (or ‘Post’ as this programme prefers to call it) burst upon an astounded world. It read:

‘Oops! – are blogs supposed to write upwards? – I normally write from the top to the bottom of a page.’

Thus began so innocently this richly-veined dialogue with myself in 70 ‘posts’, a bi-modal process in which I get to do the fun bit, the writing, and then don’t necessarily have to do the down side, the reading.

Damn, it’s become tomorrow so I am now publishing this a day late; typical. It in no way makes amends to suspend a completely irrelevant detail from a now-destroyed collage called ‘Homage’.
